The word Kinesiology comes from the Greek work kinesis, meaning motion. In the medical sciences it is the name given to the study of muscles and the movement of the body.
Systematic Kinesiology  is a totally holistic therapy that uses the body’s bio-feedback mechanism through muscle testing to gain information  about the client.

Systematic Kinesiology was developed by Brian Butler based from the original creation of Applied Kinesiology of Dr. Goodheart. The International College of Applied Kinesiology was established and twelve doctors worked on the research into muscle testing.

About Kristof Tamasi

My passion for Kinesiology is based on personal experience.
Kinesiology helped me way beyond expectations and that is why I became a practitioner myself. I have been practising kinesiology since 2012 and am constantly seeking ways to broaden my horizons in both theory and practice.

Consultations are carried out in a relaxed and non-invasive manner. All sessions are confidential and non-judgmental.
Kinesiology can identify imbalances a person has by monitoring their ability to hold their muscles against light pressure. Each muscle is related to an organ and an energy pathway called a meridian.  The muscle, organ and meridian form a circuit. If there are chemical, emotional, structural or energetic stresses affecting the circuit, the muscle tested will feel ‘weak’ or ‘spongy.’ Repeating the muscle test will find what factors are aggravating the imbalance and what will help to rebalance it.
Each time a relevant factor is introduced the muscle’s response changes, a bit like a switch. Imagine a strong muscle as being ‘on’; if a food a client suspects they are intolerant to is placed within the electromagnetic field of the body causes the muscle to go ‘weak’ that indicates the food is causing an energy imbalance.
Suggested remedies for the imbalance confirmed by muscle testing may include life-style changes, nutritional supplementation, balancing of the electro-magnetic system, balancing of related emotional issues and non-manipulative structural corrections.

We use the following techniques to correct imbalances:

stimulating acupressure points
electrical work (meridians)
nutritional advice
techniques for emotional wellness
